At INKY, every order is carefully prepared to offer you a unique experience, from browsing our site to unboxing your order.
All of our tattoos are in stock and owned by INKY.
We do not use external dropshipping suppliers. Each product is stocked (except for custom tattoos, which are printed on demand), then carefully prepared and shipped by our trusted logistics partner, who specializes in international delivery.
INKY remains fully responsible for your order until it is successfully delivered to you, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Please note that some countries may be temporarily unavailable due to customs or logistical restrictions beyond our control.
Shipping Options
You can choose between two shipping methods:
• Standard: 6 to 10 business days
• Express: 5 to 8 business days
These are estimated delivery times and do not include processing. They may vary depending on your location, seasonal demand, customs clearance, or any external factors.
INKY cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other external circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are automatically calculated based on your shipping zone and selected delivery method.
They are clearly displayed before payment.
Free shipping may apply depending on your total order value. This is also shown before checkout.
Processing Times
• Standard orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
• For custom tattoos, processing can take up to 14 business days.
Once shipped, your order is handled by the selected carrier.
Order Tracking
All shipments come with a tracking number, sent automatically by email as soon as your package leaves our facility.
You can track your delivery using the link provided.
Shipping Address and Errors
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, INKY cannot be held responsible for failed delivery.
A reshipment may be offered, but the cost will be the customer’s responsibility.
