Return and Refund Policy
SemTats LLC, dba INKY
At INKY, we do everything we can to make sure you’re happy with your order. But if for any reason a product doesn’t meet your expectations, here’s our return and refund policy, written in a way that’s simple, fair, and in line with international consumer protection laws.
Return Period
You have up to 100 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. No need to justify your decision.
To get started, simply email us at hello@inkytatt.com.
We’ll then send you the most suitable return address, depending on your location.
Return Conditions
• Returned items must be unused, intact, and in their original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
• Refunds will only be processed after we receive and inspect the returned products.
Magic Patches and Failed Application
If you ordered magic patches, please note they are pre-applied directly on the tattoo sheets. It is completely normal not to find them separately in your package.
If your tattoo application failed despite proper use, simply send us a photo or video showing the issue.
In this case, we’ll send you a free replacement. You’ll only need to cover the shipping costs.
Stuck, Lost, or Inactive Tracking
If your tracking shows no updates for more than 7 business days, or if your package is confirmed lost by the carrier before delivery, please email us at hello@inkytatt.com.
At INKY, we stay responsible for your delivery until it’s in your hands.
In this case, you can choose between:
• A free replacement, including 3 extra temporary tattoos of your choice.
• A full refund, if that’s your preference.
You can also contact the shipping company yourself to try to speed things up. If the carrier refuses compensation, you can send us their rejection proof, which helps us process your case faster.
Tracking Says “Delivered” but You Didn’t Receive It
If your tracking status shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your order, please contact us at hello@inkytatt.com within 5 business days of the delivery notification.
As required by law, SemTats LLC remains responsible until the product is actually delivered to you.
Here’s what happens next:
• We’ll open an investigation with the shipping company.
• In the meantime, we may send you a new shipment with enhanced tracking.
• If the investigation confirms non-delivery, we’ll offer you a refund or a replacement, whichever you prefer.
If the shipping company confirms the parcel was delivered and provides valid proof (such as a delivery photo, signature, or code entry), SemTats LLC may consider the delivery as completed.
If that proof is missing or insufficient, we’ll offer a refund or free reshipment, depending on your choice.
Wrong Items or Missing Products
If you received the wrong items or your package is missing something, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
You’ll be able to choose between:
• A free reshipment with the correct products and 3 free tattoos of your choice.
• A partial refund for the missing items.
Exceptions to the Right of Return
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, tested, or applied, as per international consumer protection standards.
By opening or using the tattoo, you waive your right to return it.
Refund Timing
Once your return or refund request has been approved by our team, your refund will be issued within a maximum of 4 business days, using the same payment method you used for the order.
